We develop the product as a whole. Its outer form must make room for components, heat transfer, connections and the person assembling or servicing it.

DRIVE / BEARING / HOUSING
Transmitting motion.
How can a drive, transmission and service access fit into one compact assembly?
Explore the design question+
Shaft and gear positions define the space. The housing must allow bearings to be installed and fasteners to remain accessible.
To verify: shaft alignment, part interfaces and assembly sequence.

Protecting electronics.
How can a housing protect the circuit board while keeping its connections accessible?
Explore the design question+
We develop the board layout, thermal bridge and cover together. The parting line provides access and fasteners define the assembly.
To verify: board clearances, heat transfer and service access.

01Automotive02Motorcycles03Aviation04Product development
We connect industrial design, 3D modelling and product development. We work with your team on a specific engineering task or develop a product from its initial concept.
We bring experience from the automotive, motorcycle and aviation industries to physical product design. For each project, we agree on scope, technical constraints and deliverables.
01We have a sketch. What do you need for a 3D model?+
The purpose, approximate dimensions and components the product needs to include. Photos, a sample or existing files also help. Before modelling, we agree on what the model needs to show and the development stage it will support.
02Can you design a housing around existing components?+
Yes. We start with component dimensions, connections, mounting points and required clearances. We then develop the housing form, parting lines and access for assembly and servicing.
03How do we choose materials and manufacturing methods?+
We consider use, loads, environment, intended quantity and appearance. The chosen process affects wall thickness, radii, interfaces and fasteners. We review the details with the intended manufacturer.
04What can we test with a prototype?+
Depending on its construction: size and grip, how parts fit, fastener access or the function of a specific assembly. Before making it, we define the question and the criteria for evaluating the result.
05Which files and documentation do we receive?+
The agreed 3D models, exports and technical drawings for the selected stage. We coordinate file formats with your development team or manufacturer, and record open questions and further checks at handover.
