Parts that work together.

Surfaces, interfaces and engineering with manufacture in mind.

Connecting form with assembly, materials and manufacturing processes. From complex surfaces to details that can be put together.

For teams with an existing concept, CAD model or physical product that need surface development, mechanical design or design changes.

Where does the assembly come together?

Interfaces and critical dimensions

We coordinate mating surfaces, clearances and relationships between parts. We identify the dimensions that matter to assembly and need verification.

Fastening and access

An assembly needs a workable build sequence. We review fastener positions and space for tools, connections and servicing.

Material and process

We adapt wall thicknesses, transitions and details to the intended material and manufacturing process. Open production questions are coordinated with the manufacturer.

A clear handover for the next step.

The handover includes agreed models and documentation, a record of changes and clearly identified open questions. File formats are chosen to support your next stage.

  1. A review of the source model and development constraints.

  2. Developed surfaces and engineering details within the agreed scope.

  3. A coordinated approach to parts, interfaces and assembly.

  4. Agreed CAD exports and technical documentation.

The proposal defines scope, deliverables and formats for your product. Not every engagement includes all the tasks listed.

Start with what you have.

We review the model and establish which source data can be relied on. If no model exists, we identify the measurements and information needed to prepare it.

  • An existing model or product measurements.
  • The intended material and manufacturing process.
  • Critical dimensions, assembly requirements and required formats.
Describe your starting point

Before we begin.

Answers to help you start the conversation about your product.

Can you join a project that is already underway?

Yes. We first review the current state and agree responsibilities and the scope of the next phase.

Which model formats will I receive?

The proposal defines formats based on your tools and next development stage. Compatibility is checked before work starts.

Does a model mean the product is ready for production?

No. The necessary checks, prototypes and any certification depend on the product and are agreed separately.

Can you revise just one part of an assembly?

Yes. The scope can focus on a single part or interface. We still need sufficient information about neighbouring components to avoid creating a new problem elsewhere.

How are changes managed during development?

We agree which model revision is the starting point and who approves changes. Effects on connected parts, documentation and timing are reviewed before proceeding.
